It will be equipped with AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator), oxygen cylinders, suction machines, monitors, stretchers, emergency medicines, including injections.

The q-commerce startup plans to introduce the service in other major cities in India within the next two years. A few users highlighted the probable issue of users being asked to pay surge prices in times of high demand.

Till December 2023, India had 17,495 BLS and 3,441 Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances.
